Down-to-earth delicacies made from fresh ingredients – as far as possible from our own farm, such as meat, eggs, jams or applesauce. Cheese, milk, yogurt, butter, and cream come from our own dairy in the mountains. The legendary apple juice, also produced in-house in the Emmental, is particularly recommended. A customized menu can be arranged upon request.
