Arrival by train
The destinations in our three valleys are easily accessible via the Lötschberg lines and the railway to Lenk. Buses provide convenient onward transport from local train stations.
Getting there
Short distances are the norm in Switzerland - and the Bernese Oberland is no exception. No matter which mode of transport you choose in Adelboden-Lenk-Kandersteg, the alpine world is always quick and easy to reach.
Arrival by car
A1, A6, A8, A9: Switzerland's well-maintained motorways ensure quick access to the mountain regions. The road network in and around the resort is also excellent.
Arrival by air
The majestic peaks of the Bernese Oberland sit enthroned between the three major Swiss airports of Geneva, Basel and Zurich. No matter where you land, Adelboden-Lenk-Kandersteg is only a few hours away.
Arrival by taxi
Sometimes it's too early for the bus or too late for the train – but that's no problem in Adelboden-Lenk-Kandersteg. Numerous taxi companies are available for individual journeys.

Arrival points
BLS trains and AFA buses are comfortable, as are the places they serve. You can buy tickets at our local railway stations and many stopping points, while many outlets provide refreshments and holiday information.
Car parking
The blue "P" can be seen everywhere, and there is plenty of parking in Adelboden-Lenk-Kandersteg – whether in the centre of the village or right beside the cable car station.
Car rental
From plane or train directly to your own four wheels. A range of vehicles are available to rent from major airports as well as from local businesses in the region.
Motorcycle rental
Wide handlebars, winding roads – is there anything better than exploring the alpine world on a Harley Davidson? Helmet and leathers on, and away you go. There is no shortage of professional rental outlets or motorcycles to choose from.
