Alpenstrand Elsigenalp

An insider tip for fans of mountain lakes: on Elsigenalp, you will find two of them – Lake Elsig and Lake Brand. Stand-up paddling is even possible on the latter. And those who have come for hiking will also find plenty to enjoy here.

For hikers with a head for heights, the Engstligen riverside trail offers a fitting adventure: one of the longest suspension bridges in Europe. The Brücken-Beizli, natural playgrounds and the protected floodplain area also invite visitors to linger.
