So that you can enjoy the magic of Engstligenalp in the evening atmosphere, the cable car operates on Fridays and Saturdays at 9:00 PM to the valley during the months of July & August.

The raclette hut is also open on these evenings and treats you to fine dishes.

NEW: Chinese fondue is available on summer evenings!

Arrival Information

The aerial cable car operates continuously until 6 PM, with an additional descent at 9 PM.
From 5 PM onwards, the aerial cable car ticket costs only CHF 10.00
