Prizewinner Concert: Wendel Quartet – Swiss Chamber Music Festival 2025

A connection that grows through careful listening and mutual sympathy since they founded their ensemble in 2024. At the center is the search for musical honesty, whose origins the quartet always seeks in the score: "We inspire each other daily, and often the solutions to musical challenges simply arise from observing how one of us approaches a phrase or reacts to a passage." A special treat to discover at this concert: the rarely heard Piano Quartet op. 22 by the Swiss composer Richard Dubugnon.
