Variant
Via Üschenental (less steep) to Ryharts and Allmenalp. From Kandersteg train station 2 3/4 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: The Allmenalp cable car is currently closed (due to a technical fault).
Approach
By car via Spiez - Frutigen or the car train from Goppenstein to Kandersteg.
Public Transport
South of the Lötschberg, north of the Kandertal: For this train station between Brig (38 min) and Bern (61 min) there is an hourly service – an ideal base for many excursions.
Parking
The destination is set, the parking spot as well – on this map vehicle drivers quickly and easily find a suitable parking option in the Upperland community. Well then: engine off, hiking boots on!
