From the Griesalp hotel centre, the route first climbs up to Berghaus Golderli. The route leads over open terrain to the Steineberg. Through a small section of forest, you reach the Gamchibach stream, which takes you to Bundstäg. On the opposite side of the stream, you ascend via the alpine huts and over snow fields to the Lerchböde area. From the highest point of the route, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains of the Kiental. The descent to Griesalp is via the alpine road through the forest to Dündenessli and down to Griesalp. The route can be shortened by one kilometre between Bundstäg and Dündenessli. The route is also signposted (blue).

Note: Griesalp is located in an avalanche-prone area. The danger situation must therefore be taken into account. The snowshoe route may be closed at short notice. Please also note that private transport is only possible below the Griesschlucht gorge in winter. The ascent via the road must be planned into the tour!
