The trail leads through the forest, along moss-covered boulders to the Tschingelsee lake with its changing moods. After a short stretch along the lake to the junction of the bear trail (carved bear). The path leads along rocks and past the waterfall up to high above the Fluh. On the subsequent ascent, the forest thins out and the hike leads across meadows, past beautiful sycamores, up to Gornern. Rewarded with a wonderful view of the Gspaltenhorn, Bütlassen and Blüemlisalp, you reach the Golderli mountain inn. Turn right here, follow the little road for approx. 100 metres, then turn right over the small bridge along the hiking trail towards the white water trail. On the way you come to the Pochtenalp, which invites you to take a break. Then continue for about 200 metres to the right to the white water entrance. The descent is accompanied by the roar of the streams. Before the Hexenkessel, a metal bridge on the left leads to an impressive waterfall. At the witches' cauldron we come across a witch carved out of wood. After the small bridge, the last stretch leads along the road to the Tschingel postbus route.
