The sauna offers a variety of experiences: The Finnish sauna at 90°C with low humidity helps to strengthen the body and relax the muscles. The bio sauna, with approximately 55°C and 40% humidity, is perfect for gentle detoxification and also includes light therapy. In the salt steam grotto, at 45°C and 95% humidity, fine sea salt particles moisturize the airways and gently open the pores. The infrared cabin uses deep heat at up to 50°C to induce intense sweating, promote circulation, and create a pleasant, cozy atmosphere.
