You can reach the Tellenburg fire pit from Frutigen in about 30 minutes. From the bus station, you go over the Ry bridge and up the shady slope to the castle. It is located directly on the hiking route Frutigen–Blausee–Kandersteg and offers an ideal opportunity for a break.
The fire pit is located right by the historical Tellenburg, and drinking fountains as well as restrooms are also available.
