Clever, heart-warming and illuminating – once a week, participating hosts are switching off their electric lights - and spoiling us with the magic of candlelight.

This winter, participating hotels and restaurants across the Adelboden-Lenk-Kandersteg region are creating an atmospheric ambience for the third year running. From December, dining rooms will be lit entirely by candlelight every Thursday evening, while regular electric lighting will remain switched off. This not only creates a cosy alpine winter feeling, but also helps to spread some seasonal magic throughout the entire destination.
