A thousand metres directly above Lake Oeschinen. The hut for experienced, sure-footed mountain hikers and high alpinists is surrounded by rock and ice. Once surrounded by the Fründen Glacier, its course now extends to just behind the hut and forms a charming landscape with small moraine lakes.
