This detached chalet with 5 rooms on 2 floors (100 m2) is situated in a quiet south-facing slope with a beautiful view of the mountains. The chalet offers enough space for six people. On the ground floor (accessible by stairs on the outside of the chalet) there is a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with shower / toilet and a large recreation, ski and drying room with table tennis table and washing machine. On the 1st floor it has two bedrooms with two beds, a living room with dining table and fireplace, kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. A balcony there towards the west and south over the entire length of the chalet. It is located on a private road in the district Ausserschwand, about 300 meters from the local bus station and restaurant Schönbühl. The narrow, steep access road is passable only with snow-free conditions with a passenger car. With snow there is a reserved parking space at the Ausserschwandstrasse for you. From there, the chalet is reachable by foot via a 50 meter long staircase. Non smoking house. Pets are not allowed.

  • Travel arrangements

    Arrival from 3pm Departure to 10am Main street to Adelboden till the post office, turn right towards the post Schlegeli (Ausserschwand). Pass the restaurant Schönbühl and after the restaurant turn left into the Laserweg. It is the last house on the left (with tree and red shutters). The key box can be found on the left side near the door. In poor road conditions (snow), take the reserved parking at Schranz Rosmarie, Ausserschwandweg 45. From there by foot, behind the restaurant Schönbühl, take the stairs, after 50 meters you will find the chalet Buitengaats.

  • On arrival, the beds are made. The rentprice includes the use of bed- and bathlinen, telephone, (wifi) internet, fire wood and the use of the household supply, including taxed disposal bags an laundry detergents. The costs of laundry and housecleaning are made up separately.
