Wildstrubel by UTMB

At Wildstrubel by UTMB, runners discover new regions, landscapes & cultures.

Participants complete a loop around the Wildstrubel massif. They cross two cantons, two language regions, and five internationally renowned destinations: Crans-Montana, Leukerbad, Kandersteg, Adelboden, and Lenk. The runners travel from canton to canton over the legendary passes Gemmi (2268 meters) and Rawil (2427 meters) as well as the famous Via Alpina between Kandersteg and Lenk.

The Alpine Marathon takes you on an impressive journey from Simmental to Valais. From Lenk to Crans-Montana, the route leads over glaciers, ancient mountain passes, and through the characteristic landscapes of the Wildhorn massif.
