Clean-Up Day Engstligenalp

After the snow melts in spring, what has been left behind in winter becomes visible. Together with the Summit Foundation, the Engstligenalp AG cable cars organize a Clean-Up Day to sustainably clean the Engstligenalp.

Bring along
- The materials for the cleanup action such as gloves or trash bags as well as the tickets for the mountain lifts can be obtained on site.
- Hiking shoes (mountain shoes, trekking shoes)
- Depending on the weather, sun, wind, and rain protection
- Snacks and drinks for small hunger throughout the day

09:00 AM Mountain ascent by cable car
09:15 AM Welcome coffee with croissants and subsequent briefing
09:45 AM Start of the clean-up action, dividing into sectors. The areas around the ski slopes and lifts will be cleaned up
12:30 PM Lunch at the mountain hotel (offered by Bergbahnen Engstligenalp AG) and exchange
01:15 PM Continuation of the clean-up around the hotel
02:15 PM Weighing and sorting of the collected waste, group photo and debriefing
03:00 PM Descent by gondola, end of the clean-up tour
