On a meadow above the farm shop CREATION DOMI, Pilates combines mindful movement in nature with a view over the Kandertal all the way to Lake Thun. Sessions are offered with sunset and apéro, Pilates and brunch, as well as a focus on strength and balance during the menopause with nutritionist Daniela Teuscher. Suitable for all levels, even without Pilates experience.
