Discovering the wilderness together

We meet at Kandersteg Station and start together from there on the wilderness trail. The varied route takes us over approximately 4.6 km and 170 meters of elevation through different habitats above Kandersteg.

Along the way, we can expect nine exciting stations. We will learn interesting facts about animals and plants, climate change, health, and the importance of the wilderness. Together, we will solve tasks, answer quiz questions, and continuously discover new connections.

With the ranger on the way

A special highlight is the accompaniment of Kandersteg ranger Patric Rentsch. He shares fascinating stories from his daily life and gives us firsthand insights into the local animal and plant world, the wilderness, and the respectful interaction with nature.
