Making Mutschli cheese with the Schranz Family

Discover what it means to be an alpine farmer and learn how to make mutschli cheese at VogellisiBerg.
After the work is done, a small tasting platter with specially produced alpine specialities is ready for you. Together with spring water or cow’s milk a delicious conclusion. Each participant can take a piece of Adelboden home with them: a piece of cheese or a fine dry sausage are included in the price.

Hint / Advice
- Registration: Up to 5 pm on the day beforehand
- Cost per person: from CHF 25 (exclusive gondola ride)
- Children up to 16 years old pay CHF 10
- Payment: Online or at the Adelboden Bike School
- Languages spoken: German, French, English
- Meeting point: 10:00 am at the Alphütte Tüfäbodä
- How to get there: Take the cable car Oey-Silleren to the middle station Bergläger. Change there to the chair lift Höchst. About 30 minutes. Afterwards it is just a short hike to the Alphütte Tüfäbodä (signposting available). Walking time approx. 20 minutes.
