The Traditional Art of Coffee Roasting with Thomas

Adelboden´s Thomas Hari is not only a wine academic and sommelier but also a coffee roaster, and he’s looking forward to telling you all about these very special beans on Tuesday, 12 August.

During a tour of the local roasting plant, the focus is on the quality and refinement of the beans, as well as on preparation methods and tasting different coffees. The food and drink culture of the past and present is also discussed.
