Julian von Flüe – Accordion

Julian von Flüe's work is different from the others. The music school was not his favorite place. Playing "properly" by sheet music did not suit him – on the contrary. Von Flüe grew up in a very musical environment. His father, Roland, is a well-known jazz musician and lecturer. For Julian, making music has always been a discovery and literally a "play." He has practically taught himself his skills. He has "played out" his music.
After changing line-ups in the first years, he founded his trio about five years ago after he found his two ideal bandmates: Marc Scheidegger on guitar and Matthias Abächerli on bass. Since then, they have been performing all over the country and living their dream. "Only the concert venues can get bigger; otherwise, I'm happy," laughs Julian, looking forward to everything that comes.
