In a leisurely one and a half hours, this route leads down about 300 meters in altitude from the Tschentenalp. Here, the snowshoes are taken off, as the return is comfortably done with the Möser chairlift.
Approach
The valley station of the Tschentenalp is located in the center of Adelboden. It is only about 100 meters from the parking garage to the valley station.
Public Transport
Take the train to Frutigen and from there the bus to the Adelboden Post stop, 5 minutes walk to the valley station Tschentenalp. Take the Tschenten mountain railway up to Tschentenalp.

Equipment
Wear sturdy footwear, warm clothes, and sunglasses. From telescopic poles to avalanche shovels – being well prepared is better for heading towards the trail. Professional snowshoe equipment can also be rented at various sports shops in the destination.
Tips
2 or 8 kilometers, across the plateau or the valley floor: the selection of winter hiking routes is large in Adelboden-Lenk-Kandersteg. Even experienced outdoor enthusiasts always find enough new ground to explore.
