After the gondola ride to Tschentenalp with its legendary mountain panorama, this popular two-hour route is followed by a descent through the beautiful forests till Schermtanne. From here, hikers can of course also take the bus back to Adelboden.
Approach
The Tschentenalp valley station is located in the center of Adelboden. It's only about 100 meters from the parking garage to the valley station.
Public transport
By train to Frutigen and from there by bus to the Adelboden Post stop, a 5-minute walk to the Tschentenalp valley station. With the Tschenten mountain railway to Tschentenalp.
Return journey: From Schermtanne, there is also a bus, who brings you back to Adelboden.
