First you take the Betelberg gondola lift up around 500 meters in altitude to 1634 m above sea level. The Stoss is the starting point for various hikes. Some people may be familiar with the area from winter, as the Büggellift Balmen and the ski school's Kids Village are very close by. The first section of the hiking trail leads us across flowering alpine meadows and shady mountain forests until it finally branches off onto an asphalt road. From here it is a leisurely descent to the village of Lenk.
