Mountain meadows and ditches alternate along the Niesen chain. The exciting and educational hike passes by mountain farms and abandoned slate mines and takes between three and just over six hours, depending on the route.

By car to Frutigen.
Public Transport
Arrival by train to Frutigen.
Return by bus from Adelboden to Frutigen and then again by train.
Parking
You can park at the train station or at the market square, which is located in the village center.
