Follow the signposts from the railway station to Oeschinensee. Follow the lakeshore via Underbärgli to the start of the Fründenschnur. The hut trail (alpine mountain trail T4) through the "lower Fründenschnur" is imposing and very impressive. It is well developed and secured. A highlight among the hut ascents! You don't need any climbing skills, but you do need to be sure-footed. The section through the "Untere Fründenschnur" is fully secured with a wire rope. Self-belaying with a via ferrata set and helmet is recommended by experts!

INFORMATION "SPITZER STEIN"
