The very first downhill-oriented bike route of the Adelboden-Lenk ski and bike region with jumps, tables, drops, and berms.
Length: 3.8 kilometers
Altitude difference: 410 meters, average 10 percent gradient
Transport: The start at around 1900 meters above sea level is easily accessible by the Höchst chairlift. Bikers secure and unload their mountain bikes on the transport devices independently.
Prices: Bike day pass from 38 Swiss francs with GA/half fare, season ticket 380 Swiss francs. For all information.
Bike washing stations are installed at the valley stations of the Höchst chairlift and the Sillerenbahn.
Approach
By car to Adelboden. At the roundabout at the entrance to Adelboden take the third exit, follow the road for about 200 m, then leave the road and go straight to the parking lot to the left towards the valley station Sillerenbühl.
Public Transport
accessible by train and bus
Outbound: by train to Frutigen and from there by bus to the stop Adelboden Mineralquelle, which is near the valley station Sillerenbühl. Take the Sillerenbahn to the middle station Bergläger, then change to the chairlift Höchst to the mountain station Höchsthorn.
Return: by bike or gondola back to the valley station Sillerenbühl, then again by bus and train
