The very first downhill-orientated bike route in the Adelboden-Lenk ski and bike region with jumps, tables, drops and steep wall curves.
Length: 3.8 kilometres
Height difference: 410 metres, average gradient of 10 percent
Transport: The start at around 1900 metres above sea level is easily accessible with the Höchst chairlift. Bikers attach and unload their mountain bikes themselves at the transport facilities.
Prices: Bike day pass from CHF 38 with GA/Half Fare Travelcard, season ticket CHF 380. All information.
Bike washing stations are installed at the Höchst chairlift valley station and at the Sillerenbahn valley station.
Approach
By car to Adelboden. At the roundabout at the entrance to Adelboden, take the third exit, follow the road for approx. 200 m, then leave the road and drive straight on to the car park on the left in the direction of the Sillerenbühl valley station.
Public Transport
Accessible by train and bus
Outward journey: by train to Frutigen and from there by bus to the Adelboden Mineralquelle bus stop, which is near the Sillerenbühl valley station. Take the Silleren cable car to the Bergläger middle station, then change to the Höchst chairlift to the Höchsthorn mountain station.
Return journey: Take the cable car back to the Sillerenbühl valley station, then return by bus and train
