Approach
From Bern, follow motorway A6 towards Thun/Interlaken. Take the exit "Spiez" and continue via Frutigen to Adelboden.
Public Transport
Heading up to the alp or down to Frutigen? The bus station in the village center connects the Engstligtal valley during the day and also at night with the Moonliner. The mountain village is only 90 minutes from the capital.
