This hike starts at the Tourist Center in Lenk. From here, the route first leads past the Wallbach adventure pool, over the Wallbach bridge and into Furenstrasse. Here the path branches off to the right towards Simme, where the actual winter hiking trail begins away from the roads. Passing the Boden train stop, the trail leads through fields and woods to Schadauli. Follow a small road to Matten.
