The start is at Leiterli in Lenk. This is the mountain station of the Betelberg gondola. The first part of this rather long but technically easy route leads through the fascinating landscape of the Gryden, a crater-like rock formation. Then it continues along the height through the elongated Turbach valley. After that, there is a steep climb to Parwenge, from where the Rinderberg is not far away. The gondola takes hikers down from Rinderberg to the village of Zweisimmen. This route leads through gently green, flowery terrain and past alpine farms. You might encounter cows or other animals.
Observe the operating times of the Betelberg gondola and the Rinderberg gondola.
