From the small mountain restaurant Laubbärgli, idyllically situated and somewhat hidden in the forest, the trail winds its way through the forest and on across the open alpine meadow to the ridge. From here, the trail continues almost along the height through the flank of the upper Lavey, an area with many shrubs, which is why the locals refer to it as the Lavey perennials. The beautiful end of the valley with the imposing Wildstrubel massif lies before you at eye level. The last section of the trail leads over a wide gravel path to the Bühlberg. Here, the Bühlberg mountain restaurant welcomes hikers on the terrace.

Both the starting point, the Laubbärgli, and the end point, the Bühlberg, are accessible by bus.
