The journey on the steepest PostBus route in Europe is extraordinary. The route includes an alpine farming and nature educational trail. A vivid example is given by the marmots, which often appear by the wayside.

From the Griesalp car park, cross the bridge and follow the signs towards Bundalp. The mountain hiking trail leads through beautiful forests to the Lower Bundalp. After a short ascent, we can already see the Bundalp mountain hut from afar. On the descent back to Griesalp, we finally pass a roaring waterfall.

Public Transport

By train to Reichenbach station and from there by PostBus to Griesalp.

Traveling by PostBus is recommended to enjoy the unspoiled landscape.
