Some sections of the trail allow for a lively descent on a bobsleigh or sledge. Smaller children, on the other hand, can be pulled along the whole route in a sledge. Just be careful on the ascents and descents.

When you hand in your ticket at the Sunnbüel mountain restaurant, there is a warm punch for our younger guests. All participants are also automatically entered into our main prize draw at the end of the winter season.

We wish our little guests good luck and lots of fun in the snow!

Approach

By car via Spiez - Frutigen or by car train from Goppenstein to Kandersteg.

Public transport

South of the Lötschberg, north of the Kander Valley. For this point between Brig (38 min.) and Bern (61 min.), an hourly train service is in operation – this is an ideal meeting point for many tours.

Please board in the direction of Gemmi Pass! The AFA bus runs every hour from Kandersteg railway station to the cable car valley station within 10 minutes. The cable car then takes you comfortably up to 1936 metres above sea level.

Parking

The destination has been decided, and so has the parking space - on this map, drivers can quickly and easily find the right parking option in the Oberland municipality. Well then: Winter hiking boots on!
