From the village center, follow the village road to Eggenschwand - at the southern end of Kandersteg. Alternatively, take the path along the Kander river, past the international scouting center. On the breathtaking mountain road, after a short but steep climb, you reach the Gasterntal. Follow the dirt road to Selden. Those who want to go further will reach the end of the path in Heimritz after 1 km.
Return trip: Caution when descending through the dark tunnels!
