Public Transport

Parking

Pay parking is available next to the Kiental-Ramslauenen chairlift.

Directions

The trail starts at the Ramslauenen valley station and follows Gornerwasser, hiking trails and the route of the Blüemlisalp Run. At the former Tschingelsee, the way now leads left up to Pochtenalp and on to Griesalp, where a fantastic view awaits. This is followed by another highlight with the Dündenfall, and above the roaring water, the trail continues to Mittelberg. Runners now reach idyllic alpine meadows and huts on the Panoramic Trail, which always offers a magnificent view of the Niesen. The loop ends at Ramslauenen mountain station. If you want to cover altitude fewer metres, you can shorten the route by using the cable car.
