Start at the church in Adelboden, then two kilometres flat to the Aussernschwand schoolhouse, from there a natural path leads to the Mösere junction, followed by an exciting descent along the Tschentbach to the Cholerenschlucht. Here it is worth parking the bikes at the bridge and taking a walk through the wild Cholerenschlucht on foot. Once back up, enjoy a leisurely ride back to the village of Adelboden.
Approach
By car to Adelboden. At the roundabout at the entrance to Adelboden take the second exit towards Adelboden village. The car park is located in the village centre.
Public Transport
Accessible by train and bus
Take the train to Frutigen and from there the bus to the Adelboden Post stop, which is centrally located in the village.

You can park in the Adelboden car park
