The circular hiking trail Schwandfeldspitz is an easy, very scenic hiking trail. The ascent is even and easy to manage. It is a natural path designed to be wheelchair accessible and is ideal for everyone who wants to enjoy nature without steep climbs – whether with a stroller, wheelchair or just at a leisurely pace. On Schwandfeldspitz, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the five valleys of Adelboden.

The return route is somewhat steeper and more demanding. Alternatively, the ascent can also be used as the return path.

Tip: On the sun terrace of the mountain restaurant Tschentenalp, you can relax very comfortably at the end of the hike.

Approach

The valley station of the Tschentenalp is located in the center of Adelboden. It is only about 100 meters from the parking garage to the valley station.

Public Transport

Take the train to Frutigen and from there the bus to the Adelboden Post stop, a 5-minute walk to the Tschentenalp valley station. Take the Tschenten cable car up to Tschentenalp.
