Basically: With the Regio Express you can reach Kandersteg, Frutigen and Reichenbach without changing trains. In Frutigen, you can change directly to the AFA buses towards Adelboden. From Reichenbach, the post bus goes directly to the Kiental.

If you want to go to the Simmental, you can change at Spiez to the Regio Express to Zweisimmen. There you have a connection with the MOB to the end of the valley (Lenk).
