With the Intercity you have a connection every hour with a transfer from Geneva to Bern, where you can change to the Regio Express.

With the Regio Express you reach (in the front section of the train) without changing trains Frutigen, Reichenbach, and Kandersteg. In Reichenbach, you can directly transfer to the Postbus towards Kiental. From Frutigen, the AFA buses go directly to Adelboden.

If you want to go directly to the Simmental, you can already take a seat in the rear section of the Regio Express in Bern. It travels from Spiez directly to Zweisimmen. There you can change to the MOB and ride to the end of the valley (Lenk).
