The easy circular hike offers a magnificent view of the protected Haslerberg moorland, leads past the bizarre and crater-like rock formations of the Gryden and affords a breathtaking view of what is probably the most beautiful end of the valley in the Alps. Along the way there is an interesting mix of original information and experience stations that tell exciting stories about Alpine culture, geology and history of Lenk.

The circular trail can be walked with an all-terrain pram.

Outward and return journey: By train via Zweisimmen to Lenk. Timetable: SBB. Then walk to the valley station of the Betelberg gondola.
