After the performance in the Cultural Winter, the quartet is visiting the Alpentheater for the second time.

The long-awaited wish to bring his music to the stage with his own quartet is fulfilled for Mathias Landtwing with the Mathias Landtwing Quartet. Growing up in the countryside with brass and folk music, the musician was drawn to more urban areas. Just as his life path developed, his music also took a metropolitan direction and is aligned with the pulse of the times. With Florian Mächler, Patrick Sommer, and Christian Zünd, he found three outstanding musicians who actively contribute their ideas and skills, significantly shaping the music of this quartet.

Embedded between jazz manouche, Swiss folk music, and influences from the world music repertoire, the quartet brings a fresh and lively independence to the stage and offers an unparalleled listening experience that captivates both enthusiasts and new listeners alike.
