Approach
By car via Spiez, Frutigen to Adelboden. In Adelboden/Oey drive to the valley station of the Silleren cable car.
Public transport
Arrival: By train to Frutigen and then by bus to Adelboden/Mineralquelle. Walk to the nearby lower station of the Silleren cable car. Travel to the Sillerenbühl mountain station.
Return journey: From Bergläger by cable car to Adelboden.
Parking
Sufficient parking spaces are available at the lower station.
