Modern Trotti-Bikes with extra-wide footrests, disc brakes, and suspension can be rented directly at the mountain station of the Betelberg gondola at Leiterli. The descent route leads first over gravel roads, then over asphalt roads towards the valley.

A first highlight awaits after a short ride at the Leiterli reservoir on the Agematte. The artificial lake serves as a water reservoir for snowmaking in winter. In summer, it is a place to stretch your legs on a bench and admire the mountain panorama of the Wildstrubel range. A short visit to the Marmot Den, which imitates the habitat of the cute alpine residents, is definitely worth it.

The route continues down the road into Pöschenried - a side valley between the Lenk and the Iffigenalp. Numerous curves, passing alpine huts and pastures await along this section. Through the treetops, the impressive Iffigfall can sometimes already be seen.

In Pöschenried the road flattens and winds along the Iffigbach towards the village of Lenk. Passing beautiful chalets and other farms, you head towards the goal. After the last forest section, turn left and return the Trotti-Bike at the valley station of the gondola.
