This route is suitable for the whole family. On the way to the Simmen Falls, the view of the Wildstrubel massif is a constant companion. At the Simmen Falls Restaurant, the steep rock walls of the Ammertehore are within reach. The roaring Simmen Falls are a natural spectacle that can be comfortably admired just a few steps from the Simmen Falls Restaurant. The path runs along side roads and natural paths away from traffic and passes several barbecue spots. A detour to the AlpKultur playground at Lenkerseeli is worth it. The return route can be taken on the same track or on the road respectively along the Simme on a natural road from Rothenbach.
No technical challenges are to be expected on this route.
