Basically: With the Regio Express, you can reach Frutigen, Reichenbach, and Kandersteg without changing trains. In Reichenbach, you can directly change to the PostAuto towards Kiental. From Frutigen, AFA buses go directly to Adelboden.
If you want to go directly to Simmental, you can already take a seat in the rear section of the Regio Express in Bern. It goes from Spiez directly to Zweisimmen. There you can change to the MOB and continue to the end of the valley (Lenk).
